THE CONVERSATION

Too Many Hats. One Working Brain.

Owners and lean teams rarely have a spare week to figure out what AI might do. Too Many Hats. One Working Brain. starts with recurring work and explores how clearer instructions, reusable processes, and thoughtful review can make AI more useful in a crowded working day.

Carrie approaches AI as a marketing leader and business owner who has to make the work usable. The session focuses on identifying suitable tasks, explaining the brief, working through a draft, and deciding what a human must check. It does not depend on an audience having a technical background. Tool examples and any hands-on requirements are agreed during planning.

WHO IT’S FOR

Start with the people in the room.

Business owners, professional associations, lean marketing teams, and professionals juggling planning, communication, and day-to-day execution.

THE SESSION

A useful way through the question.

01

Choose the task.

Identify repeated work with a clear purpose, manageable inputs, and an output you can evaluate. Decide which information should stay out of the tool.

02

Build the workflow.

Define the context, audience, constraints, source material, and desired result. Turn a useful instruction into a repeatable process rather than starting from scratch each time.

03

Keep judgment in charge.

Check factual claims, tone, completeness, and suitability before using an output. Set a clear owner for review and for the decisions that follow.

WHAT PEOPLE LEAVE WITH

Ideas they can put to work.

  • Find recurring tasks worth handing off to AI.
  • Turn scattered ideas into workable drafts, plans, and next steps.
  • Create repeatable instructions a team can follow.
  • Review accuracy, protect sensitive information, and retain decision ownership.

Format & preparation

A 45–60 minute keynote can be discussed, with Q&A and workshop options scoped around the event.

A keynote can introduce the decision process and show practical examples. A workshop can focus on one agreed workflow, such as briefing, drafting, or planning. Before a hands-on session, confirm the tools, account access, devices, and information participants can use. Sensitive client or business information should not be part of a public demonstration.

Timing, travel, customization, and any recording or reuse are agreed before booking.

BEFORE WE TALK

A few useful answers.

Do participants need paid AI accounts?

That depends on the agreed session. A presentation can use demonstrations, while a hands-on workshop may require particular accounts or access. Requirements are confirmed before booking.

Is this a technical AI or software-development session?

The focus is practical work for owners and professionals: choosing tasks, writing clearer briefs, building repeatable workflows, and reviewing outputs. Software engineering and model development are outside this session’s scope.
